    DO: Pre-install Check! Ensure a thorough pre-installation examination.

    1. Check the overall physical of each cell and avoid missing accessories.

    Visually inspect cells for any damage, swelling, leaks, etc. Do not use any cells that look physically damaged.


    2. Test cell voltage.

    Each cell should be between 2.5-3.56V when stored at open circuit. Significantly higher or lower voltages may indicate a problem.


    3. Test capacity.

    Test capacity on each cell individually using a battery analyzer or specialized tester. Discharge to 2.5V at 0.5C. Capacity should be close to rated spec.


    4. Connect to use.

    Please balance the cells before assembly. Match cells for performance. Group cells with similar tested capacities together in the pack. Don’t mix weak and strong cells. Recommend the average voltage of each cell by less than ±0,1V.
